Weight is
something every female and/or male thinks about if not fears, whether
it's 5lbs or 50lbs it's in our mind. Your book embraces the realistic
side of what we all think, yet forget to practice. The touch of
current events and childhood memories was extremely relatable but the
point of changing your lifestyle is something that can't be ignored!
